Custom made shoes are not available at the moment. All available products are displayed on the website; you can find your favorite shoes in the catalog and order it directly.

All smooth or garnet leathers should be cleaned with a dry, clean and soft cloth to remove dust and excess dirt. To revive the color apply a small amount of neutral wax-based shoe polish and polish with a soft cloth. Avoid direct contact with alcohol-containing products (perfumes, solvents), oils (make-up) and abrasive substances. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight and heat. Do not expose to moisture, and in case of direct contact with water, allow to dry carefully in a cool, well-ventilated place. Always store your shoes in the two separate dust bags provided inside the package.
PATENT AND LAMINATED LEATHERS
Clean with a dry, clean and soft cloth to remove dust and excess dirt. Patent leathers are highly sensitive to color transfer; for this reason we recommend to carefully avoid contact with other materials. All exotic, precious and semi-precious materials are extremely delicate and require careful attention. Clean with a dry, clean and soft cloth to remove dust and excess dirt. Do not apply any type of substance that could damage the tanning of leathers. Atmospheric conditions, heat and use could raise the scales of precious materials: these are peculiar characteristics of exotic materials and are not to be considered defects. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight, heat, and moisture.

All orders will be processes within two/five business days from the date of receipt. We remind you that no shipments are made on weekends and public holidays.
Can I place a gift order?
It is currently not possible to place an order and ship it as a gift, nor include a personalized message. Each product is shipped in its original packaging and carefully packed in a special box for transport. Each package will include a document containing a summary of the order, including the price; therefore if you want to give it as a gift, we recommend that you have it delivered to you so that you can deliver it personally.
Can I purchase a voucher?

How to set up a pre-order?
A pre-order is the reservation of a product not yet available on the Website, but soon to be released. For each pre-order product, the estimated shipping date will be indicated in the relative product sheet. In the case of mixed orders that include both already available products and pre-order items, the products will be dispatched at different times and the shipping costs will be charged for each individual shipment. For orders containing more than one pre-order products, if they are not available at the same time, the relative shipments will take place at different times and the shipping costs will be charged for each individual shipment. When a product is available for pre-order, it is displayed on the relevant page of the Website with a button labeled “Pre-Order Now”. By clicking on “Pre-Order Now”, the product is added to the cart. Once the booking procedure is completed, the pre-order will be confirmed via email. You can cancel a pre-order before receiving the email confirming the shipment of the product by contacting our Customer Service. The purchase of pre-order items can only be made by Credit Card; e, therefore, to complete the pre-order, you will need to enter your credit card information. The price of the products purchased and any shipping costs indicated at the time of booking will be charged to the credit card upon completion of the order.

What should I do if I’m not satisfied with a product?
If you are not satisfied with your product, you can exercise the right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order. The products must be returned together with their original packaging, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and that should not have been in any way damaged and/or altered, or used as a single outer packaging. The shoes’ soles must be returned in perfect conditions and should not show any use signs. The protective coating on the sole shall not be removed or damaged, as well as the tag, which must be intact, neither cut nor broken. Caution is recommended in testing the products by placing them on soft surfaces. Any return requests that do not meet the aforementioned criteria will not be accepted.
How do I return a product?
